Domaine Dawnelle Pinot d’Or is a white wine crafted from Pinot Noir grapes. Utilising a traditional ratchet basket press, whole bunches are delicately pressed to minimise red pigment bleed and juice is directly bucketed to barrel.
Juice fermented wild in French oak where it also undergoes malolactic fermentation and sur lie. Non-filtered and hand bottled.
