The sale of wine products made on this website are under the Tasmania Liquor Licence Nos. 76273 (130 Forest Rd, Granton TAS 7030). 83387 (40 Negara Crescent, Goodwood 7010).
WARNING Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence:
for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units ($3140 for 2016-17) for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units ($1570 for 2016-17).
To purchase wine products through Domaine Dawnelle’s website you must be 18 years or older. By purchasing our wine you warrant that you and the recipient of this order are at least 18 years of age.

Domaine Dawnelle takes all reasonable steps to secure any personal information from unauthorised access. However, we do not accept responsibility if such access occurs.
We may collect and hold your personal information when you submit an order via post, email, phone or online, sign up online or make contact through the Facebook page. Information deemed to be unsolicited personal information will be destroyed as long as it is lawful to do so. Your information may be held in electronic or paper form. When placing orders online your credit card details are encrypted using AES-256 Secure socket layer technology (SSL). All prices inclusive of GST. Payment via Visa & MasterCard will be accepted.

Delivery & Shipping
Australia Post is the carrier used for domestic deliveries. Wines will be shipped once payment is received. Delivery is between normal business hours. In the event that the goods are not received, then a card will be left and package returned to the nearest Australia Post office for collection. Signature upon delivery of a person aged 18 years and older is required. Freight charges are based on Australia Post prices. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or public holidays. Refunds & Returns
All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your wine is received in good condition. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then contact info@domainedawnelle.com so that we can resolve the issue. Full details of your purchase and concern will be requested. Products must be returned in their original condition at your risk and cost. It is recommended that you return the product via Registered Post. You must contact us with 14 days from receipt of your product to notify of damage or request to exchange.
This policy does not apply to products damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
